- On the top left of the referrals page, the customer can select any custom date to check referrals.
Custom dates for Referrals
- If the agent wants to check referrals for the last 7 days, they can click the calendar box (as shown below) and will be redirected to the appropriate page.
Referrals for next 7 days
- On the left side, the practice can see the referral ID. Next to it, there is the patient's name, Date of Birth, email address, telephone number, and mobile number. There is also a "Create Appointment" button to schedule the patient's appointment.
Referrals for last 7 days
- When the practice clicks the "Create Appointment" button next to a patient's name, a new screen will appear. This screen can also be accessed via the "Appointments" button at the top left.
- The patient's details will be auto-filled in this section. The patient only needs to fill in their city, state, email address, and phone number.

- Next, the patient will select the treatment type on the right side.

- The company can check the list of available dental practices in the patient's area.
List of available practices
- The company can also view available time slots for any custom period for any practice by clicking the calendar box. It will show a list of all available slots over the next few days.

- Finally, the company can book the appointment for the patient by clicking the "Create Appointment" button at the bottom, and the patient will be notified.

In this way, appointment will be created for a aptient for his/her Urgent Dental Care.
